The story begins with a gruesome crime scene in a small town in Punjab. A young woman, Simran, is found dead with a peculiar symbol carved into her forehead. The police are baffled by the crime and cannot find any leads.
Enter our protagonist, Inspector Karnail, a sharp and resourceful investigator who is determined to solve the case. He is aided by his trusted colleague, Inspector Kaur, and together they start investigating the crime.
As they dig deeper, they discover that Simran was a member of an underground art movement that created street art with three colors – red, blue, and green. The movement was known for its provocative and thought-provoking messages, but it also had a dark side.
The investigation leads them to a mysterious artist known only as “Hara”, who seems to be connected to the symbol carved into Simran’s forehead. As they track down Hara, they uncover a web of deceit, betrayal, and murder that goes all the way to the top.
Meanwhile, Karnail’s own life is complicated by his troubled past and his complicated relationships with his wife and daughter. As he becomes more obsessed with solving the case, he begins to question his own morality and the true cost of justice.
As the investigation unfolds, Karnail and Kaur discover that Harom Hara is not just a single person but a group of artists who use their art to send messages to the society. They also find out that Simran was not just a random victim but was deeply involved with Harom Hara and was trying to expose their dark secrets.
The investigation takes a personal turn when Karnail’s own family is threatened by Harom Hara. His wife and daughter are kidnapped and held hostage by Harom Hara’s members, forcing Karnail to make difficult choices to save them.
In the climax of the movie, Karnail faces off against the leader of Harom Hara in an intense battle of wits. He uses all his skills and experience to outsmart Harom Hara and rescue his family.
